Our Ashram Experience is for those spiritual seekers, that are looking forward to having an encounter experience with your mind, your thoughts, your emotions, to develop a practice of self contemplation that will help you become a better human being and bringing the tools given in the retreat to your personal life and relationships.

The practice that will help us will mainly be the traditional millennial science of Yoga.
